Posted by Jason B. Standing Esq. on 2009/10/15 12:26:41 (170 reads)

The exciting new British film that's been on everyones' lips is about to hit London's Belsize Park, and the Westminster Morris Men are proud to announce that we'll be turned out in support!

The acclaimed new film, starring Derek Jacobi and directed by Lucy Akhurst (who we had the pleasure of meeting the other week during an interview for ITV News), will be screening at the Everyman Cinema in Belsize Park on Saturday October 31st at 2:00pm - and we shall be dancing at the cinema from 1:30pm.

Bookings can be done via the cinema website, or by phoning 0870 066 4777.

Come on down & have a look! We'd love to see you. And the film looks like lots of fun.

Public News : Wednesday July 1st 2009 : The Baker Street Tour
Posted by Jason B. Standing Esq. on 2009/6/25 12:52:50 (460 reads)

Well, following a tour that was as much fun as the Belgravia Tour last night, it seems silly not to do another... so we are! Ladies and gentlemen, THE BAKER STREET TOUR! Gather ye round the environs of Sherlock Holmes Country on the 1st of July (that's July the 1st, for our American audiences) & join us for a nice evening out.

It's probably worth mentioning that though this may look like an alteration to the programme from previous years, it isn't - The Swan & Edgar is the diminuitive, cosy & excellent pub previously known as The Feathers. (It'll take more than a name change to get rid of us...!)

See you then!

(As always, the rest of this year's dates are listed here. But you'd better hurry up, because that's nearly all for this year!!)
